DRY NEEDLING

Dry Needling is a minimally invasive technique that uses thin, filiform needles to target trigger points, muscle knots, and areas of tension.

It helps relieve pain, reduce muscle tightness, and restore function by promoting blood flow and breaking up neuromuscular restrictions. Often used for neck pain, back pain, shoulder issues, and sports injuries, it is commonly paired with manual therapy and exercise for faster recovery.

What conditions can this help with?

Myofascial Pain Syndrome
(Trigger points and muscle knots)

Chronic Neck & Back Pain
Helps release tight muscles and reduce tension.

Tension-Type Headaches & Migraines
(When muscle tension is a factor)

Shoulder Pain & Rotator Cuff Issues
Eases tightness and restores mobility.

Tennis Elbow & Golfer’s Elbow
Reduces muscle overactivity and pain.

Hip & Glute Pain
Piriformis syndrome, deep glute tightness.

Sports Injuries & Muscle Strains
Supports faster recovery and pain relief.

Postural Muscle Imbalances
Helps retrain overactive or tight muscles.
