Referrals and Fees
You don’t need a GP referral to see our physiotherapist as a private patient. We have HICAPS facilities available for easy on-the-spot claiming with your health insurer. Depending on your level of cover, a small gap payment may apply. Please refer to the table below for a detailed breakdown of costs.
Chronic Disease Management Plan
If you wish to use Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), also known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program, you will need a referral from your GP. Payment is made upfront, and Medicare will refund part of the cost of your appointment or procedure. Please note that we no longer offer bulk-billed appointments. Refer to the table below for a detailed breakdown of costs.
If you are claiming under TAC or WorkCover, please ensure you have a current referral from your GP or specialist
We accept both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. For plan-managed clients, we invoice your plan manager directly. If you are self-managed, payment is required at reception, and you can then claim reimbursement. Please refer to the table below for a detailed breakdown of costs.
