PRENATAL PHYSIOTHERAPY

During pregnancy, the body undergoes major physical changes. Hormonal shifts, postural adaptations, and the growing baby can place extra stress on the back, pelvis, core, and joints. Prenatal physiotherapy helps you stay comfortable and supported while preparing your body for birth.
In your sessions, your physiotherapist will assess how your body is adapting and provide hands-on treatment to relieve discomfort.
You’ll also receive safe exercises designed to maintain strength, improve mobility, and protect areas under stress such as the lower back and pelvis. We guide you on positioning, sleeping, breathing, and posture to make everyday movement easier.
Sessions may also include pelvic floor preparation to assist with labour and reduce complications after delivery.

Whether you are symptom-free and want to stay proactive, or you’re experiencing discomfort as your pregnancy progresses, prenatal physiotherapy gives you the support and tools to move well and reduce strain throughout each trimester.
POSTNATAL PHYSIOTHERAPY

Recovery after birth looks different for every woman, and physiotherapy helps your body heal and regain strength safely. Whether you’ve had a vaginal delivery or C-section, we focus on restoring core and pelvic floor function, improving mobility, and supporting scar healing where needed.
During your sessions, your physiotherapist will assess how your body is recovering and guide you through gentle rehabilitation tailored to your needs. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, pelvic floor retraining, abdominal strengthening, and advice on posture, lifting, feeding positions, and returning to daily activities or exercise.
You don’t need to wait for symptoms to seek help—postnatal care can begin as soon as you’re cleared after birth, and it’s also effective months or even years later.
Our goal is to help you recover well, prevent long-term issues, and feel confident in your body again.
VAGINAL DELIVERY SUPPORT

Before Birth
